PokerNews and MANSIONPoker.com will host two freerolls that will be open exclusively to players that signup to MANSIONPoker through PokerNews.com. These freerolls will take place on the 11th and 25th June 2006, both at 15:00 EST.
The winner from each of these tournaments will receive a seat at one of the 36 televised MANSION POKER DOME CHALLENGE qualifiers to be held at the purpose-built MANSION POKER DOME in Las Vegas.
All 36 winners from the qualifiers will receive $25,000USD and a seat in one of six semi finals. Semi-final winners will take home a further $50,000USD and go on to compete in the final for the winner-take-all grand prize of $1,000,000USD.
To be eligible for the two exclusive PokerNews tournaments, players must register with MANSION through the dedicated PokerNews links (http://www.pokernews.com/mansion-poker/), make a deposit, and then they will be able to enter both freerolls. PokerNews players will also be able to participate in other qualifiers that are available to all MANSION players.
In addition to the chance to play for 1 million dollars, each of the two PokerNews winners will receive return airfares to Las Vegas, VIP accommodation, five-star hospitality and $500 in chips, courtesy of MANSIONPoker.com.
“Our deal with Mansion Poker yet again shows our commitment to our readers. Mansion have been kind enough to give us two seats to their televised ‘Poker Dome’ series, and we are happy to pass those seats along to our readers. We believe Mansion will give players as much value as any online poker site in the coming months, and we are excited to help them lead the way” commented John Caldwell, Editor-In-Chief of PokerNews.com
The MANSION POKER DOME CHALLENGE will be televised over 43 weeks across America, featuring brand new technology that allows spectators to see the players’ hole cards and pulse rate, burn cards and a rabbit hunting camera for each hand while players compete in isolation behind one-way soundproof glass. |
